Event Schedule:
7:30 AM - Packet Pickup Starts
9:00 AM - 5K Start Time
10:00 AM - 1 Mile Walk Start Time
The 5K will be 3 laps around the green circle. The 1 mile walk will be one lap.
There will be extra parking at Trinity United Methodist Church. A short walk from Rowden Park.
Registration will be open the day of the race!

Bring out your family and friends to help support the Congenital Heart Center at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital. Our 5K course will be 3 laps around a 1 mile loop giving you the unique opportunity to cheer on your runners/walkers throughout the race.
There will be a playscape, vendors, and kids activities.
Runners will receive a finisher medal and t-shirt.*
*If registered by May 1st, 2023. If registered after, your shirt will be ordered and a second pickup day will be scheduled.
